All your important documents, spreadsheets, photos, databases, sound recordings, etc can be stored on remote secure servers giving you the peace of mind that if your computer breaks down, is stolen, is wiped clean because of malicious code or human error, or if one of your files becomes corrupted you can have it returned back to you.

The solution can be customized to your needs. A backup can be taken when the computer powers up, as it is shutting down or automatically at periodic intervals without any intervention on your part. A manual equivalent, in which you click an icon on your desktop to perform a backup, can also be implemented.
When the inevitable happens, you can get your data back with through a special program that allows you to view and download your files directly, by requesting that a file be sent via email (password protected), or by having a backup etched to CD/DVD. Thanks to the system of tape backups, you can go back in time and specifically request the data as it stood on a particular day.
A weekly archiving service to CD/DVD can be performed. The data as it stood on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and on the weekend (6 copies in total) will be delivered to you every weeks and can be used by you directly.
In setups that comprise a network, it is possible to perform network grouping. This process consists of having all the computers situated on the network to share one remote storage box. The backup folders of each computer are distinct from each other thereby allowing easy manipulation of each individual computer’s data.

If your computer has a webcam and audio input* you can also get a look at the thief and hear him in action.
